our rooms
At the Erasmus Pavilion, we turn every occasion into something special. Whether you’re planning a get-together, dinner, performance or other event, we offer the perfect venue and support to bring your vision to life.
Below you can find more information about the different rooms. We rent the theater, the meeting room and the Serre in day periods. This applies from Monday to Friday. Different rates apply on weekends, as we are normally closed on weekends. You can inquire about weekend rates in your request.
1st day part – from 7:00 to 12:00
2nd day part – from 12:00 to 17:00
3rd day part – from 17:00 to 22:00

Theater and foyer hall
The Erasmus Pavilion features a versatile Theater Hall with a an extendable and retractable grandstand. The grandstand can accommodate up to 220 seats or 400 standing. When the grandstand is extended, the hall is perfect for conferences, lectures and performances. With the grandstand retracted, the space is ideal for get-togethers, dinners, concerts, parties and quizzes. When renting the Theater, use of the technical equipment provided is always included. Next to the Theater is the Foyer, complete with private bar. This space is rented together with the Theater and is excellent for catering events, drinks and information or book fairs.
serre
The Serre is located on the east side of the Erasmus Pavilion. This space is characterized by large windows that provide plenty of light and a nice view of the campus. The height differences in the space give the Serre a playful character. It is an inspiring place for many different types of events. These include lectures, meetings, workshops, quizzes, speed dates, breakfasts, lunches, drinks and dinners. The Serre also has an audio installation, making it possible to play your own music or playlist.
meeting room
If you are looking for a private space for a smaller group, the Meeting Room is an ideal place. This intimate space offers a quiet and professional environment, perfect for concentrated work and consultation. You rent the Meeting Room including the available video equipment with audio, which is ideal for holding presentations, videoconferences and other digital meetings. Various setups are available, making the room suitable for a wide range of activities. Whether you are planning a meeting, presentation, workshop, lunch or dinner, the Meeting Room can be arranged to suit your needs. Our catering service is ready to enrich your meeting with delicious meals and refreshments tailored to your specific needs and dietary requirements. In short, the Meeting Room offers everything you need for a successful and productive event in a comfortable and well-equipped environment. We are happy to think with you to ensure the meeting is catered to perfection.

On-site catering
We can also provide catering in various buildings on the Erasmus University grounds. Here you can think of a coffee moment, lunch or drinks for 50 to 200 people. In order to cater on location, it is important for us to take a look at the location first. We will gladly discuss a suitable package from our Foodbook with you.
