Food Raiser Open Mic Night by ESN

The Food-raiser Open Mic Night is a charity event by ESN-Rotterdam where people from around the world can show their artistic talents, either alone or with a group. You can participate in this event by performing in front of live audience or spending your Friday night by having a drink at Erasmus Pavilijoen and enjoy the live performances!

Furthermore it is not an ordinary charity event! Instead of asking for money we want you to to bring a food as an entrance fee, which will be donated to the food bank. (Voedselbank)

Entrance Fee: Non-Perishable Food!

Food allowed as an entrance fee:
Eggs, butter, cheese, flour, olive oil, pasta, rice, couscous, soups, canned vegetables, nuts and chips, packed juice and so on!

Not allowed:

• NO ALCOHOL
• NO Perishable food: e.g. Fruit
• NO Opened food
• NO expired food

No requirements on the brand, basic or discount brands are very well appreciated! We will not set a minimum of donation, but we of course strongly encourage donating multiple items, as the families that the food bank supports are in great need of our help! If you for some reason can not take food to donate, we will ask you to pay an entrance fee of 5 euros, which will be donated to the food bank!

The event will take place at the Erasmus Pavilijoen on the 13th of December. The door opens at 20:00 and the event starts at 20:30. Come and enjoy this evening with us, and see our talented fellow students perform!
