We have a big and multifunctional building with multiple areas. Here you can find all kind of information about those areas. You can rent our theater, meetingroom and serre in dayparts. Monday till Friday. There are different prices in the weekend, because we are normally closed in the weekend. You can ask for those prices in your application.
1st daypart – from 7:00 till 12:00
2nd daypart – from 12:00 till 17:00
3rd daypart – from 17:00 till 22:00

Theater

The multi-purpose theater is suitable for different events. Because of the flexible stage, folding grandstand and mobile bars, the theater can be used for performances, concerts, films,  parties, lectures, drinks and dinners.

The theaters total capacity comes to 200 people seated on the grandstand or 400 people standin. The theater opens up into the foyer, which can also be included for drinks, parties or buffets up to 150 people. For all our catering possibilities, take a look at our Foodbook.

Grand café

In the Grand cafe you can reserve a table for a lunch or dinner or an area of the café for a drink.
For groups less than 10 people, you can make a reservation by telephone (010-4089744) and groups over 10 people, please fill in our Application form.
You can choose between self service or rented service.

It is also possible the rent the whole restaurant (€10.135 a day) or the whole building (€12.161 a day)

Serre

The serre is the area on the eastside of the building. This area has big windows, so lots of light and a nice view of the campus.
It has a playfull character because of different height levels. This area is suitable for 70 people.
It’s an inspiring place for a lot of different events. For example lectures, meetings, workshops, quizzes, speed-dates, breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinners.
If necessary we can connect the serre and the foyer, this way there is more than enough space for catering moments.
For your event in the serre you will have service from your private bar in the foyer.
The serre and foyer also have a state-of-the-art soundsystem, so you are able to play your own playlists.

Meeting room

The meeting room next to the café can hold up to 25 people. The room is suitable for meetings, workshops, study groups or courses.
The meeting room is fully equipped with screens and is including jugs of water. You can also have small dinners in our meeting room with booked service.

Catering on location and to go

On location

We can also deliver catering on other locations on the Erasmus univercity campus.
For a coffee break with sweets, a lunch or a drink for 50 till 200 people.
For us to cater on a other location, we first have to visit the location.

You can also make an order and have the food/drinks to go.
Please ask what the options are.
