How to get there

The Erasmus Paviljoen is located on Woudestein campus, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and may be easily accessed by public transport or car. Also see the roadmap.

Public transport:

Travelling to the Erasmus Paviljoen from Rotterdam Centraal train station or from Rotterdam city centre:

  • Take tram 21 or 24 (direction of De Esch).
    Get off at stop Woudestein.
  • Take tram 7 (direction of Woudestein).
    Get off at stop Woudestein.
  • Take the metro (direction of Spijkenisse/Slinge). Change at Beurs station to metro train in the direction of Capelle a/d IJssel, Ommoord or Nesselande.
    Get off at stop Kralingse Zoom. From there, it is about a 10 minute walk to Woudestein campus and the Erasmus Paviljoen.

Travelling to Woudestein campus and the Erasmus Paviljoen from Rotterdam Alexander station:

  • Take the metro (direction of Schiedam Centrum/Spijkenisse).
    Get off at stop Kralingse Zoom. From there, it is about a 10 minute walk to Woudestein campus and the Erasmus Paviljoen.

Travelling to the Erasmus Paviljoen by bus:

The following buses stop in the proximity of Woudestein campus (final destination Kralingse Zoom metro station)

  • · Bus services operating on a daily basis: 36 – 87 – 88 – 89 – 183
  • · Bus services operating on a limited timetable: 140 – 145 – 163 – 26

By car:

From the A16 motorway (either direction) take exit number 25 or Centrum. On the roundabout Kralingse Plein, follow the signs Centrum. Turn right at the first traffic lights after the roundabout (Burgemeester Oudlaan), then take the first right. Car park P1 (paid parking) is situated underneath Plaza. The Erasmus Paviljoen is directly on Plaza.

Accessibility

All of the Erasmus Paviljoen’s  floors, rooms and facilities are accessible to wheelchair users and the disabled. During performances in the central hall, wheelchair spaces are available. We own one wheelchair and more wheelchairs-on-loan are available for visitors who have difficulty walking. These may be booked via the University Support Centre.

On campus Woudestein, there are designated disabled parking bays .
